“BLESS THE LORD AT ALL TIMES”
Have you ever wondered why bad things sometimes happen to good people, even Christians? The answer is very simple, mankind has an enemy whose name is Satan. He’s also known as the devil, the deceiver and he comes to steal, kill, (murder) and to destroy (Jn. 8:44; 10:10; Rev. 20:1 – 3).
Satan means adversary, he’s the one who is behind all adversity and yet many people don’t know who the real enemy is (I Pet. 5:8). In the midst of turmoil, remember as Christians we are to bless the Lord at All Times (Ps. 34:1); count it All Joy, rejoice in the Lord Always, and again rejoice! Finally, in everything (or in every situation) give God thanks because He is good. For He’s worthy (Phil. 4:4; Jas. 1:2; I Thess. 5:18)!
