GIVING AND RECEIVING

“GIVING AND RECEIVING”

The Apostle Paul states in the latter part of Acts 20:35 that Jesus said, “It is more blessed to give than it is to receive”! Why could Jesus say that it’s more blessed to give than receive? Because when you sow your seed, not only do you reap the fruit of that seed, you also receive multiple seeds within the fruit. God wants us to be fruitful and to multiply in every area of our life (Gen. 1:26 – 28; II Cor. 9:6 – 9; Col. 1:9, 10).

You need finances? Give! You need forgiveness? Forgive! You need love? Then Love others as yourself! Whatever you need, it is in your power to create; however, you must sow the seed for that need. When God wanted more children, He gave his Only begotten Son, Jesus and reaped more children. Words are like seeds, so speak the blessings into your life and not the curses (Pro. 12:14; 18:21; Gal. 6:7 – 9).
